配送ポリシー

Anime NIPPON TRADEでは、日本から国内外へ追跡可能な方法で商品を発送します。

発送までの日数
・お支払い確認日の翌営業日から、通常2〜5営業日以内に発送します。
・営業日は月曜日〜金曜日（日本時間）です。土日・日本の祝日は含みません。

予約商品
・予約商品と在庫商品は、同じ注文では購入できません。
・発売日が異なる予約商品も、同じ注文では購入できません。
・購入確定前に、カート内の商品区分と発売予定日をご確認ください。

配送方法とお届け目安
・国際速達便（FedEx・DHL等）：発送後、通常2〜5営業日
・EMS（日本郵便）：発送後、通常2〜5営業日
・国際航空便：発送後、通常5〜18営業日
利用できる配送方法は、お届け先、商品の重量、配送会社の取扱状況によって異なります。すべての発送に追跡番号を付与し、発送完了メールでお知らせします。

送料
送料はお届け先と注文商品の合計重量に基づき計算し、購入手続き画面に表示します。商品には正確な重量を登録し、購入確定前に表示された送料をご確認いただけるようにします。

関税・輸入税
海外配送では、お届け先の国や地域により関税、輸入税、VAT・GST、通関手数料等が発生する場合があります。対応する国・地域でこれらをチェックアウト時に徴収する場合は、購入手続き画面に金額を表示します。チェックアウト時に徴収されない費用は、原則として受取人のご負担となり、配送会社または現地当局から請求されます。
当店は、商品価格を実際より低く申告したり、商品を贈答品として虚偽申告したりしません。

配送完了後について
配送会社の追跡情報で「配達完了」と記録された時点で配送完了となります。配達完了後の盗難や紛失が疑われる場合は、配送会社、建物管理者または現地当局へお問い合わせください。

EMS (Express Mail Service) – Japan Post: estimated 2–5 business days in transit after shipment
Airmail (Economy Service) – Japan Post: estimated 5–18 business days in transit after shipment

📦 Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility After Delivery
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier and delivery confirmation, such as tracking status and/or a delivery photo, is available, the shipment is considered successfully delivered.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery has been completed. If you believe your package was stolen or misplaced after delivery, please contact the carrier directly and check with building management or local authorities as needed.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your package, as we cannot take responsibility for loss or theft once the carrier marks the delivery as completed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

🧾 About Customs Duty
For supported countries and regions, import duties, taxes, and charges, including VAT and GST, may be collected at checkout when this option is enabled and the amount is displayed during checkout.

Please note that Australia is shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis when shipping to Australia is available. Duties and taxes are not collected at checkout for Australian orders and may be charged upon delivery by the carrier or local authorities.

We comply with international law and do not underdeclare item values or mark items as “gifts.”

For countries where duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, additional duties, taxes, and import fees may be collected upon delivery by the carrier or local authorities. Customs and VAT rates vary by destination and are determined by the relevant authorities.
